You can book online or by calling 01437 762222. Prepaying online gives access to standard prices. Business customers can open a Business Account for discounted rates.
We accept all major debit cards, except Maestro, Electron, and prepaid cards. Cards must be in the main driver’s name.
What do I need to bring when collecting my rental?
You’ll need: a valid driver’s licence, valid photo ID, a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name, and proof of address (dated within the last 3 months). If your licence isn’t in English, bring an International Driving Permit. International travellers must also provide a passport, proof of return travel, and UK residency information.
How do you check driving licence endorsements or penalty points?
Generate a check code at gov.uk/view-driving-licence and bring it (valid 21 days, single-use, case-sensitive). If you can’t, we can assist via the Share My Driver Record service, or by DVLA telephone check (£15 incl. VAT per licence).
Can I hire a vehicle if I have penalty points or endorsements?
Up to 6 points for speeding in the past 3 years can be accepted. Endorsements for drink/drug driving, no insurance, reckless driving, or bans in the last 10 years may prevent hire. If you have more than 6 points or a ban, contact us to check eligibility.
